About this 3D view
All the nuclei contained in hyp7 by the end of the stage are represented in one single worm, as opposed to the 2D schematics. The nuclei are coloured according to the same colour-code as in the hyp7 nuclei lists. Hovering over a nucleus allows to visualize both the nucleus name and the cell name in an interactive fashion. The 3D worm can be rotated in any direction in space and it is also possible to zoom in or out. Three axes on the bottom left corner (anterior-posterior axis or AP, left-right axis or LR and dorsal-ventral axis or DV) show the orientation in space of the worm at any given moment.
